What: A Casual Sewcial Gathering for people who like to sew
When: Saturday April 5th 2025- 7p.m til you drop (or 12 whichever comes 1st)
Where: Hosted at Cleckheaton Golf Club we will have the run of the ground floor where the DJ will be playing some of your favourite tunes, with space to sit & have a proper natter with sewing pals you’ve met virtually or in real life.

Ey up - how do you fancy another right good Yorkshire do?
Come & join us for a night of fun, food, music & sewing chatter.
Ali & Sam fancied a right good do, without all the palaver of making a fancy gown you’d probably never wear again.
Don’t worry you don’t have to play a round of golf 1st & the do is indoors, so you don’t need your wellies (we know what the Yorkshire weather’s like!)
Food: We’ve got Pie, chips & peas with a veggie/vegan/GF option
If you fancy wearing a memade outfit or accessory, there will be random spot prizes for categories that we will make up as we go along! But you don’t have to get dressed to the nines - but you can if you want, anything goes but bring your dancing shoes if that’s your thing, or you can sit & talk all things sewing.
This is a non-profit event -all profits will be put into the event on the night so the more friends you bring along the more fun we can have.

Directions to the Golf Club, after leaving either the M62 Junction 26, M606, A58 or A638 trunk roads onto Chainbar Roundabout, follow signs for Lowmoor. When leaving the roundabout you will see the course on your left. The entrance gate is the second on the left.
If you’re staying overnight, the Premier Inn is very close to the Golf Club:Their address is Dyehouse Drive, Whitehall Road, Cleckheaton BD19 6HG & the Guide Post Hotel Best Western is just up the road: Common Road, Low Moor, Bradford, West Yorkshire, BD12 0ST, England
